The tracker has its own built-in SIM card and data connection — it works independently of your phone.
You’ll get alerts and tracking info through the Solid GPS app (iOS 13+ or Android 4.4+), or you can log in from any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.

What is the subscription for? Will the price ever increase?
The subscription covers the built-in SIM card and all data your tracker uses.

What network does it use, and how far can it track?
Your Solid GPS tracking device uses the full Telstra & Vodafone network in Australia, the Spark & Vodafone network in New Zealand, and the T-Mobile & AT&T network in the USA, whichever has the strongest signal at that point in time.
If your tracker enters an area with no mobile coverage, don’t worry! It will save the locations your vehicle travels to and automatically uploads the full route once coverage is restored.
