As of writing this, bullantgps.com.au and most of their social media accounts have vanished into thin air.
With their last message posted on their website (before it vanished) being:
We’ve done a deep-dive into where Bullant website went and what happened to them.
Further issues present themselves when you reread their last website message and notice that they were removed from the IOS app store (and haven’t been reinstated).
While the Google Play Store still hosts their app, which was released on the 29th of March, 2019, with an update last being received on the 27th of July, 2021.
The Android version of the Bullant GPS app is also non-functional.
As seen on the Wayback Machine, every Bullant 4G GPS Tracker purchased for $188 comes with a prepaid sim card that will cost you $6 extra per month.
This raises alarm bells as one payment method is a direct bank deposit, in addition to paypal.
Other odd information presented on their website is their lack of consistent pricing, with the beginning of the webpage stating a price point of $188 whereas slightly below, a price of $168 appears.
Now, when visiting www.bullantgps.com.au, an error appears and the website is unavailable, removing access to their tracking dashboard through a computer.
Bullant GPS support is unresponsive, calls to their number ring out and emails are left unanswered.
Below are two customers wondering what happened to the Australian asset tracking company on their Facebook page.
They were trying to reach out to its customer support and got no response, despite the fact that Bullant assured customers that all devices are backed by its Australian online support team for at least 3 years.
If you search further, most of Bullant’s online profiles have vanished.
There is no reliable information or updates on what really happened behind their abrupt disappearance.
As a result, a lot of uninformed customers are asking why their Bullant GPS tracker no longer works after they were purchased for nearly $200.
Bullant’s Social Media accounts also have no posts and the owner’s LinkedIn profile has no activity.
The disappointing part is, customers were left behind, not knowing whom to reach out to or where to ask for support.
